Strength-Based. Ethically Driven. Clinically Grounded.
We lead with a strength-based philosophy, honoring each client’s resilience, lived experience, and capacity for change.
Jade House was founded by clinicians, case managers, and care workers who witnessed what happens when recovery loses its soul—when people become data points and care becomes a transaction. We built Jade House to offer something different: a place where treatment is guided by values, relationships, and accountability. Our work is grounded in strong clinical systems, but never at the expense of human dignity. We are committed to ethical care, thoughtful structure, and genuine connection—because that’s what real healing requires. This isn’t a new trend. It’s a return to what works.
Healing happens when we begin with what’s right—not just what’s wrong.Jade House leads with a strength-based philosophy, honoring each person’s resilience, values, and lived experience. Our role is not to fix people, but to help them reclaim their agency, reconnect with community, and remember their worth.Everyone who enters treatment carries strengths that matter: honesty, humor, grit, creativity, spirituality, and love. These are the foundations of recovery—and the beginning of something lasting.
At Jade House, treatment isn’t a script. It’s a process — built around each individual. We offer Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) care, supported by structured groups, one-on-one therapy, community housing, and trauma-aware case management.Every part of our program is designed to meet real needs — not insurance checkboxes.Whether you’re rebuilding after relapse or starting fresh, we provide the tools, accountability, and space to recover — with dignity.
We offer evidence-based care rooted in consistency, accountability, and respect. Our PHP and IOP programs include daily group therapy, weekly individual sessions, psychiatric care, and medication management when needed.Clients receive support from licensed therapists, experienced case managers, and a compassionate peer community — without judgment or fluff.
Recovery doesn’t stop when therapy ends. That’s why our community housing emphasizes real-world accountability, personal ownership, and connection. We provide clean, comfortable homes with built-in peer support and daily structure — designed to build confidence and reinforce recovery practices.
Jade House is powered by a team of clinicians, case managers, peer advocates, and operational leaders who have spent years in the field—many of them side by side. We’ve worked in broken systems. We’ve seen what happens when people are treated like numbers. And we’ve come together to build something better. This isn’t about founders or personalities. It’s about a shared commitment to doing things the right way—with humility, boundaries, accountability, and care. Our mission is simple: create a treatment center we’d be proud to send our own loved ones to.
At Jade House, ethics aren’t a marketing slogan — they’re a daily discipline. We admit only the clients we’re equipped to serve. We communicate with transparency. We don’t chase census.Every decision — from admissions to discharge — is made with integrity and care, not pressure or performance.
Our program isn’t one-size-fits-all.
We individualize treatment based on what each person actually needs—trauma work, spiritual reconnection, family repair, or life structure.
We offer strong clinical systems, but we never force people into boxes. Recovery should fit the person, not the paperwork.
We don’t expect perfection at Jade House.
What we look for is willingness—willingness to try again, to tell the truth, to show up when it would be easier to hide.
Clients at Jade House don’t just complete treatment—they reconnect with purpose, rebuild relationships, and begin to believe in themselves again.
And they do it with a community that believes in them first.
